The Space:
The moment you walk through the door, the view stops you in your tracks. Sky and ocean fill the windows, stretching wide across the horizon, with waves rolling in below and ships or whales quietly passing in the distance. This 1950s vintage oceanfront home offers a rare, front‑row connection to the Pacific - one that feels immersive, calming, and unforgettable from the very first glance.
This 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath home sleeps up to six and is perfectly suited for families, beach lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and those traveling with a dog. It’s a home with personality - quirky, cozy, and full of nautical charm, while being completely outfitted for a comfortable, easy stay any time of year.
The living room is designed around the scenery, with a spectacular 180‑degree ocean view that can be enjoyed from nearly every seat. There are plenty of places to sit, relax, and watch the changing light throughout the day. From soft morning skies to glowing sunsets that can be enjoyed without stepping outside if the weather turns. On cooler days, the fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, making this space just as inviting during storm season as it is on sunny summer afternoons. When the rain rolls in, the room invites lingering, with games and puzzles ready for slow, cozy evenings.
The well‑equipped kitchen makes it easy to settle into the rhythm of coastal living - coffee with an ocean view in the morning, meals prepared at your own pace, and relaxed dinners as the sky darkens over the water. The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything a family needs, allowing you to unpack, unwind, and truly feel at home.
The layout offers comfort and flexibility for multi‑generational groups. On the main level, a queen bedroom and nearby bathroom provide easy access without stairs. Upstairs, a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds are ideal for kids or additional guests. One upstairs room looks out over a charming enclosed front garden, offering a peaceful, unexpected view alongside the ever‑present ocean backdrop.
Outside, the setting feels quiet and private, despite being just five doors from public beach access. Walk down to the sand for a morning stroll, return home for lunch or a warm drink, then head back out again. It’s that easy. The fully fenced yard adds an extra layer of comfort for those traveling with a dog. Everyday conveniences elevate the experience further. The garage provides secure, off‑street parking, keeping your car protected from coastal weather, with direct access into the home for effortless arrivals and departures.
Lincoln City is a destination that shines year‑round. Summer brings long beach days, farmers markets, live music, and the iconic Lincoln City Summer Kite Festival. Fall and winter are ideal for dramatic storm watching, quiet beach walks, and cozy evenings by the fire. Spring offers fewer crowds, fresh coastal air, and excellent hiking. Chinook Winds Casino & Resort hosts concerts and events throughout the year, while nearby Devils Lake invites kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and cycling in every season. Scenic trails at Roads End, Cascade Head, and surrounding state parks showcase the best of the Oregon Coast.
For day trips, explore outlet shopping just minutes away, head south to Newport for the historic bayfront and aquarium, or drive two hours to Portland for dining, culture, and city life.
Whether you’re planning a classic family beach vacation, a quiet off‑season escape, or a winter retreat spent watching weather roll across the Pacific, this oceanfront Lincoln City vacation rental offers space, comfort, character, and one of the most remarkable views on the Oregon Coast. It’s a home that invites you to slow down, settle in, and experience the coast exactly as it should be.

Had a little trouble getting in with the electronic keypad but made a call and they took care of me right away. Once inside the property the view of the ocean was spectacular. Would stay here again.
Property was great, amazing view excellent for any time of year, from beautiful sunsets on the summer to watching huge waves roll in during the winter.
House is a bit dated, furniture is older but comfortable. Its a cute house loved the beach veiw windows. No private beach access. Has an ant infestation that is being managed, but you still might see a few. Had a nice time.
Our miniature Aussies girls and their parents appreciated the fully fenced yard. The garage made loading and unloading our stuff and the girls a breeze… very dog friendly and the views from the living and dining areas… wonderful.
It is older in style, but was clean. We had 2 couples (all 45+ in age) and 2 dogs. The number of windows that you can see the beach view is amazing, the walk to the beach was very short and convenient and the fenced yard was perfect for the dogs.dogs.dogs.
The house is old but well maintained. The big problem is that the only heat is a gas fireplace in the living room. That room was able to heat adequately but the rest of the house was very cold. The view is amazing!
Didn't have snow but a wonderful view of waves rolling in at high tide. The ocean front view was well worth it!! Easy walk to the beach. We were more than comfortable and ready to call it home.
View is fabulous! Beach was amazingly empty of logs and collectibles. And people & dogs were sparse. The house was clean and had a great kitchen and pretty much everything we needed. A nice lounge chair would have been a bit more comfortable, but we had a lovely time.
As others have mentioned... That View!!! The perfect place to spend time on the coast when it is stormy and grey. Enjoyed reading, board games, and being cozy by the fireplace. Cooking was easy as there were plenty of utensils, bowls, pots and pans. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again. Of note -house is on the beach, but it is a steep hill in the back down to the water. Beach access is a super short walk down the road.
Great area and house. Beach access within a block, would have been nice to be able to use neighbors stairway for quick access. Code sent for key access was wrong but after calling property manager it was resolved. Would stay here again!
The house is nice and in a good location, but it's the view! Magnificent!
We did struggle with the lock. We also had trouble with the volume on the tv.
We REALLY loved our stay. The only critique I have is that we paid service and cleaning fees and were asked to do our laundry, dishes and empty garbages. We would do that anyway but with the cleaning and fees paid which are not cheap, it felt like that should be included. The home was clean and comfortable and we would stay there again.
Impressive view of ocean and beach. Easy beach access 1/2 block away. Safeway store within walking distance. The house is quirkily fun with beach knick-knacks decorating it throughout. Modernized kitchen fully equipped with kitchen ware for cooking and baking. Very nice to have a dining table for eating and another table for games and jigsaw puzzles. Good housekeeping job - pets allowed but I did not detect any pet odors, fortunately. Good size garage for two cars. Nice to have use of a portable garage door opener. Also nice to have a washer and dryer for guest use. Two minor issues: the main floor bathtub spout has pulled away from the shower wall so water from a shower could get into the wall; and, the kitchen and bath floor mats could be replaced - they're feeling a little grungy. Enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again next year.
Upstairs shower was out of order. Pretty sure this rental is not up to code such as wiring and possible asbestos. Coffee pot carafe was broke. The yard does not look anything like the picture shown online. Only positive thing was the view.
Cute beach house with comfy beds and couch. Kitchen has been redone and is very well stocked with dishes and appliances. Beds were comfy. House has the best views. Great location. Lots of games and blankets. Fire place was awesome and fenced yard was amazing. Surprisingly quiet house for being older. I was excited thin walls but I slept like a baby. My only gripe was the downstairs shower did not drain. Tried plunging the drain to no avail. Also, the house is dated but well maintained. However, as it is a dog friendly house the carpets are a bit musty. Would be great if they were replaced with some laminate flooring but obviously that is an expensive project. Overall had a wonderful time with my friends would definitely return to this location!!

Beautiful view. Definitely outdated. Overall not as clean as we would have liked. Need updated more comfortable furniture. The sectional was old, dirty and not very comfortable. Carpet filthy. Our feet were black if we went barefoot. Would be nice to have multiple comfortable lawn chairs to sit in the yard. Nice big hot water tank which was great for multiple showers in the morning. Beds were comfortable, but linens were old. We had a great time, but were a bit disappointed in the accommodations.
Not as clean as we would have liked. Carpets really dirty. Linens old.
Love the place - second time we have stayed. Only thing that is deceiving is the photo of garage - looks like a long driveway in but in reality it is about 2 ft
