When you step out, a ground-level patio that’s steps away from an easy, private staircase entrance to the beach greets you. Up to 4 people can relax in this space, with a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed. The bathroom features a walk in shower and the fully stocked kitchenette features full-sized appliances to enjoy private oceanfront dining at your leisure. Welcome to D Sands!

The Space:
Unit 112, a privately owned oceanfront studio condo, offers the most incredible ocean views from the large windows. When you step out, a ground-level patio that’s steps away from an easy, private staircase entrance to the beach greets you. Up to 4 people can relax in this space, with a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed. Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

There wasn’t anything I needed to bring for the kitchen, except more ground coffee. I moved the couch to the end of the bed for better TV viewing. It was challenging to find outlets for phone charging, but I managed. I used a chair as a table next to the couch. The view is exceptional! I used the patio in the morning to watch people & dogs as I enjoyed my coffee. Do yourself a favor & crack the slider window to fall asleep by sound of the waves just beneath you on the beach. I was within walking distance of my 2 favorite restaurants; Kyllos & Pier 101. Although I brought my suit, unfortunately I didn’t make to the pool house. When I returned home, I let both of my friends know & we’re already planning a trip in the summer. It was a perfectly relaxing w/e at the beach. Highly recommend!
