Overall, my stay was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious with a large, clean bathroom. Good value for money. However, the bed sheets weren’t changed during my stay despite what was mentioned in the description, and there was no toaster or iron. The window couldn’t be opened, so the room felt a bit dark in the mornings. Apart from these small issues, everything else was fine and comfortable.

I was glad to see this hotel has been recently refurbished, however the wall are so thin which spoil the experience. I understand that is impossible to control drunk people or loud people with loud voices at 4 in the morning. But I do wonder if putting notes up in the corridor asking people to be considerate to others at night time would help.

I came here for a relaxing long weekend and was not disappointed. It was my second stay, and the staff were helpful and friendly, the food was delicious. The hotel was nice and quiet and there was lots of space around the pool.

The hotel is very nice. Unique experience staying in a converted convent. The rooms are very spacious and open courtyard lovely. The spa is a gem. Turkish bath, sauna, steam room. The restaurant offerings were limited without many restaurants in walking. Parking was safe and easy.
