"Don't try to find the office after dark! I knocked on an apartment door on the other side of the parking lot because it was the only light on! A kind gentleman took me to the front desk! "Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. "Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rum was a bit small but bed comfortable and with AC. Room and bath, supposedly being accessible, were located on the 2nd floor with a stair care, with no functioning elevator, causing difficulties, to access reception and dining hall on 1st floor. Staff did deliver breakfast to the room for the handicap person. Bath did not have any safety bars and the walk in shower floor was extremely slippery, so we must lay towels on the floor to be safe. The ocean view was great, the parking was offered on the lower level and the upper level."
