I checked in while very tired after a long day of work and a long drive. The #102 room was large, clean and had a fridge, microwave and new air conditioner. There was a grocery store across the street. Even if I had not been tired, it was still fine for a great night's sleep. I had a snack from the lobby ("light continental breakfast").

Nadine always makes sure that there are toileteris. You could have informed the front desk in timely manner. Anyways, will note and improve upon it.

No TP. No towels. Eyes started watering once I entered room. Opened window but that did not help. Could not sleep because of eyes. Left and went to a Motel 6 down the road to get a good nights sleep. They need some serious ozone generators to clean up this place. It would have been a cool old motel if the air was better.

C'est un hôtel en perdition avec un personnel qui fait tout ce qu'il peur avec ce qu'il y a. Il devrait être retapé avant de proposer des locations.

The room was fine. It was the fact that we had to climb 2 sets of stairs. This was net mentioned in the Expedia ad. There were NO accommodations for disabilities whatsoever! This needs to be crystal clear in their ad. Again the room was clean and comfortable. It is an older rooming house vs a motel. A picture of the outside would be good.

HORRIBLE. We get there and the lady that works there had a family emergency so her daughter is covering the desk. Her daughter doesn’t work there, doesn’t know how to do anything. She says they don’t accept Expedia reservations and don’t have a room. We went to Expedia for a refund - nope! It’s through the property. We ask the property for a refund - nope! We don’t accept Expedia reservations so we have no prod of payment. Just wow.

When I got there the lights were off in the lobby and there was no one there. I called the number listed for the hotel and was told she would be right back. I had to wait an hour to get my room. It was super loud all night. This place is more like efficiency apartments. Woke up this morning no toilet paper.

Hmm! sorry to hear. We are under new management and in transition in that process. New management is taking personal care of each guest. They are not staying on site yet 100% but will be soon. They were on a quick break when you arrived. So your patience is highly appreciated. Toilet paper is always there in the room and we are super attentive to our guests. So you could have informed the manager if things like these and noise bothered you. We take care of situation immediately. Hope you check us out again soon.

Nightmare in Limon CO
This is so far the worse nightmare experience I ever had. Room was dirty, no service at all and poor management. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hi Herbert, Sorry to hear that. I have talked to the management staff on site and they advised that apparently there was some miscommunication between house keeper and management. However, upon your arrival, Jason did go above and beyond to take care of you. We always accommodate guests in any ways we can, may it be change of room if needed or breakfast, etc. I have since ensured that this mistake doesn't happen again. We value each and every customer and strive for the best results always. Also we are going through lot of renovation on the property to take it in whole new direction. We hope you give us a chance again to prove ourselves.

This place is very rundown, seedy neighborhood, no breakfast as advertised, no night desk, no phone in room, bad stairs, poor locks on door, etc. I was scared, I noted the local police number to call on my cell, just in case. I think when places are renting these rooms out as apartments - which this place is- it should be said upfront. I know the owner is trying to turn this into a decent hotel for travelers but has a long way to go. Also- made a copy of my credit card- why? That scares me, too- no secure front desk area.

Hello, Hmm.. That's odd to hear. What's your name? Not sure if you even stayed at the motel or not then. If you did recently, you wouldn't say that. We are always improvising and checkout our latest looks. We offer complimentary light breakfast- coffee, fruit, bagel, though we don't advertise such on Expedia. See pic attached. Second, there is video surveillance through out the building. Third, we have best management staff now, and have not had any incidents, so why would you get scared? that's absurd of you saying that this place is rundown. It's not.. We have remodeled all the rooms with furniture, paint, appliances. Newly done parking lot. Making sure that each guest needs are taken care of immediately 24x7. There is staff on phone call always available even during night. Fourth, noone is using landline phone anymore, so we have removed phones from the rooms, but we are not a big building and generally Expedia customers are in the rooms closer to lobby or manager. so we are only a step away if you need anything. Credit card copy is a general hotel/motel policy everywhere. It helps to protect the hotel to recover their expenses in case you vandalize the property during your stay. Identify yourself and call if you still have any concerns. We want to make sure that we make each and every guest happy.

Schmutzig, überall Hundehaare, überall Baustelle, überall nur rumgeflickt, Türen klemmen. Die Eingangstür ist ein Alurahmen mit Glasscheibe, der Alurahmen hat lauter Bohrlöcher, absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Schade ums Geld.

Überall Baustelle, Check In und Check Out hatte die Dame keine Zeit, alles schnell schnell, 3 Hunde laufen frei rum, überall Hundehaare, schmutzig, in die Jahre gekommen, überall nur rumgeflickt, nicht zu empfehlen.
