"The heater didnt work. They said they couldnt change us rooms and gave us a space heater. They tried to say we had too many people in the room when i only had the 4 people that i booked into the room. They were rude and discriminatory. The management is not worthy of the La Quinta brand name. I have never been more appalled by hospitality staff showing so little hospitality. They tried to charge us for an extra breakfast when not all of us had breakfast either day. We checked out early because the staff mistreated us so horrendously. They wouldnt even give me the managers last name. Just insisted that i call him sandy"

"The room was HUGE and beautiful!! It was like staying in an upscale apartment. Wandering in the mezzanine hotel museum was also fun. Only wish the rooftop bar was open during our stay."

"I understand that this hotel is located in a busy downtown area, but the parking situation was extremely inconvenient. We couldn’t find any clearly marked area to temporarily park while checking in or unloading luggage, so we ended up using a public parking lot nearly two blocks away. When we asked the front desk about parking options, we were told that valet was the only option available. Unfortunately, the interaction felt less than welcoming. Another surprise was the $150 incidental hold, which is one of the highest I’ve encountered. It has also been two days since checkout, and the hold still hasn’t been released. Another issue was the air conditioning unit in our room, which was extremely noisy and woke us up multiple times throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. On a positive note, the hotel itself was clean, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. However, because of the parking challenges, additional fees, and the noisy AC, I would likely choose a different property on a future visit."

"I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and hotel was nice. My only issue is when I checked in the representative was able to verify I had already prepaid for parking and breakfast. For some reason they still charged my card out of my incidentals for parking. I have called and currently still waiting for it to be credited back to my account. Its been almost a week. ."

"Did not like that you had to walk thru all the smoking to get to non smoking area. Your clothes smelt like smoke. Not but 1 place to eat!"

"Staff Wouldn’t allow for our party to stay at location because every member didn’t have a physical ID. Never had a hotel location ask for every member to need an ID in the first place so after producing a digital copy for half of party that still wasn’t enough. So they wouldn’t allow us to check in nor would they allow for a refund. Even wouldn’t allow for hotels to help fix the situation when they called on behalf of us. Extremely unprofessional and weird behavior."

"Gerald was super nice, he let me ring the awesome bell and upgraded us. Place was absolutely amazing, will go back just to stay in the hotel. "
