Great location, and size for accommodating 8 people, and all the associated gear for snowmobiling.

Great Spot

Property neat and clean, toiletries were provided, towels and full kitchen with microwave. Coffee maker did both k cup and or drip coffee. Phil was excellent host and highly recommend him. We were snowmobiling and the clubs did an excellent job with minimal snow. Great riding over 90% of the time.

Snowmobiling trip

There was plenty of room at this house we stayed at. Having 2 bathrooms was also a bonus. Perfect spot, right near the trails. I would recommend this place for anyone interested in a place to stay near the trails. Thank you Philip for everything! Debbie

snowmobiling in Maine

The property was great. Everything as advertised. Neat, clean and comfortable beds. Convenient on and off the ITS trail. The only problem was the weather. Already booked for next year. A little bit earlier so we hopefully have plenty of snow. Phillip was an excellent host. He even gave us credit for the next booking. Thank you

Easy and comfy place to stay in The County

You know how the trend in vacation rentals lately is long lists of complicated instructions, rules, check out procedures, and threats of "cleaning fees" for failure to comply? Well, when Phil told me that to check out all we had to do was leave the keys on the table, that's it, it was very refreshing. Great place to stay with the whole family and enjoy Limestone's quality of life including extensive network of ATV/snowmobile trails and abundance of natural beauty. Would definitely stay here again.

Dutchmen Drifters Stay

The house worked very good for our group of five senior snowmobile enthusiast. The access trail to I.T.S. 81 is only 2 houses east of the rental. The access trial is maybe 1/4 of a mile to 81. The Limestone Snowhawks Club/Groomer is 250 yards west from the trail entrance of 81 with 24hr gas another 250 yards west. The town grocery store is between the gas station & clubhouse. The parking was tight but very do able for our group. We used the room with the wood burner & entrance door to hang all of our snowmobile clothing & gear. The home was well appointed and Phillip was very accommodating while being very responsive to our questions. Thank you for a great stay!.
