Lovely place to stay for our break in Venice.
Staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble especially arranging transfers and water taxis.
Very clean, bedding and towels spotless, lovely white dressing gowns provided in the room.Serenaded at breakfast by a young lady playing the violin, very lovely.

This was the best hotel I've probably ever stayed at. The service alone and all of the staff members were impeccable, and the concierge had the best recommendations for us and arranged our dinner reservations on our behalf, which were perfect. Big shoutout to Nicola at the front desk! The design of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, whoever was in charge of the renovations did a fabulous job, and the location was super convenient and safe. Highly recommend, I will definitely be staying here again when I go back!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and so romantic! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and truly made us feel like royalty. We will definitely be coming back. We also loved how close it was to great restaurants. We even had our engagement photo shoot inside the hotel. It was perfect, and the photos turned out amazing!

Property was amazing!! Excellent service!!! Every single person there was very attentive and friendly!!! Very clean!!! Rooms are gorgeous and beds are so comfortable!! Definitely a 10/10!! I would absolutely recommend staying here!!!
