The apartment is located in a quiet side street not far from the city center. The apartment was completely renovated in 2015. On 71 square meters of living space there are 1 living room with dining room (with flat screen and music system), a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen appliances available), 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with tub & shower and a separate toilet. All rooms have gas central heating. Outside, a small barbecue area and a small lawn invite you to enjoy the beautiful weather. Seating and a grill are available on request.
