"As a big chain hotel, we generally knew it was going to be a good familiar choice. We loved the surroundings and found the Bikini ART Museum attached to the hotel to fun addition. Lots of parking available as well as a gas station, variety store and restaurant. Check-in was a bit slow because we had to input our information into a tablet ourselves."

"The hotel is very conveniently located at the corner of the marketplace, the center of Heidelberg. It is also right next to the beautiful bridge that pedestrian could walk on and have a great view of the city and the castle. The staff is very friendly and professional and courteous. Our room has a nice size and many windows for natural breeze and air. It also includes the decent quality breakfast, which is very convenient. The only challenge is for the Uber driver to pick us up. We called an Uber to pick us up to the train station, it took the Uber driver a long time to find us. We had to cancel one order Uber driver prior because he couldn’t find us."

"Quiet hotel in the hills next to Heidelberg. Old city center only 10 minutes away. Nice place to slow down and relax. No AC in room, so very warm if it’s hot outside. Staff very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was superb. Typical German breakfast offerings, so don’t expect eggs and bacon or beans and sausages. "
