About this property

Hospitality as a Value: There are places that keep alive the spirit of those who loved them.

  • Casa Clementina was created in memory of a woman for whom hospitality was not just a simple gesture, but a true way of life. Nestled in the tranquility and greenery of the countryside, halfway between the towns of Sant’Agata de’ Goti and Limatola, this cottage offers a simple, authentic, and well-maintained atmosphere. Here, we don’t just offer you a simple holiday or a place to stay—we offer you a unique experience, set to the rhythm of nature’s sounds, the scents of the earth, and the warmth of old-fashioned hospitality.

Built entirely on a raised ground floor, this property is the ideal accommodation for families or groups of up to 6 guests who wish to enjoy a stay marked by relaxation, independence, and connection with nature.

The interior spaces are warm, well-organized, and designed to make every guest feel right at home. The living area includes a functional kitchen and a spacious, bright living room featuring a charming fireplace, perfect for creating an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The sleeping area features three bedrooms: two comfortable double bedrooms and a third double room with twin beds. Rounding out the interior are two bathrooms—one with a convenient shower stall for a quick rinse, and the other featuring a relaxing bathtub.

Outside, the house offers beautiful spaces for exclusive use. Guests can enjoy a well-maintained private garden surrounded by greenery and a covered patio furnished with a table and chairs—the ideal setting for al fresco breakfasts or dinners on cool summer evenings. For the convenience of guests travelling by car, the property also offers convenient on-site parking.

A Strategic Base for the Wonders of Campania Wake up to the silence of the countryside and be just a short drive away from some of Italy’s most fascinating destinations: Casa Clementina is the ideal starting point for exploring a region rich in history, culture, and wellness.
Sant’Agata de’ Goti (Just a few minutes away): One of Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages, perched on a tuff spur, perfect for picturesque walks, panoramic dinners, and exceptional food and wine.
Limatola and its Castle: World-renowned for its history and, in winter, for its famous Christmas markets that transform the village into a fairy-tale setting.
Terme di Telese (15 minutes): For a day of total relaxation and wellness amid sulfur-rich waters and spa parks.
Royal Palace of Caserta (20 minutes): The majestic Bourbon royal residence with its endless gardens, just a short trip away.
Molo Beverello and Naples (40 minutes): For easy access to ferries bound for Capri, Ischia, and Procida, or to enjoy a day exploring the narrow streets of Naples.
Amalfi Coast (40 minutes): The magic of Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello is right at your fingertips for a dip in the world’s most famous sea.
