This apartment is one minute walk from the actual beach. Apartments in the "Old Town" are not located near an actual beach as that area features a port and wave breaker, but not a sandy beach. If you want to stay close to an actual water front - this apartment is for you!

FILTERED WATER : The kitchen is equipped with a water filter, ensuring clean and safe drinking water without the need to purchase expensive bottled water. Unlike most apartments in Cyprus, which typically lack a filter, this feature provides peace of mind, as unfiltered tap water is generally not recommended for consumption.

Enjoy a powerful shower experience thanks to our specially installed water pump, ensuring excellent water pressure throughout your stay. Hot water is always guaranteed, supported by both a solar panel system and a reliable boiler.

Space & Comfort:
Step inside and feel the chic, contemporary design that defines our space. The cozy bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized bed, promising restful nights after your sun-soaked days.
