Staff were fantastic and really enjoyed staying here. Was recovering after surgery at the German Medical Institute and the Junior Suite with the amazing sea view and wonderful hotel staff really aided my recovery. Particularly great location to stay if you have a car when you want to go into town or there is a bus stop right in front that goes in a direct line with multiple stops to the port and castle area. Hope to return soon.

Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating despite it coming towards end of season, room was spacious but could have been cleaner. The shower was amazing, great water pressure. Air con was loud but worked well. Loved the balcony and views of the sea, but the beach wasn’t very nice so we stuck to the pool, which was huge (and cold) but closed early. Food was nice enough for a buffet but would recommend trying out the local restaurants around the hotel to try real Cypriot food. The entertainment was good but repetitive when staying over a week. We appreciated the library and board games available. The location isn’t amazing if you don’t rent a car but we found it easy to get around as it’s close to the motorway and there are lots of towns and villages nearby to visit. (Easy parking too) Overall the hotel itself was a very relaxing, quiet and homely and for the price we’d opt to stay here again if visiting Limassol in the future.

Fantastic

Everything was amazing! Lovely hotel staff, Reception very friendly and helpful. Pool staff, restaurant staff, and room attendents were exceptional! Entertainment team were great! Food was exceptional. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. English films via app. Only originally staying 4 nights but extended another 3 nights then another one night. Cannot fault anything. It was exactly what we wanted a peaceful hotel with Entertainment. We enjoyed our 8 night stay and can't wait to return. *****

This was my first time staying at the Atlantic Bay hotel and was not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and easy to approach. While being in the bar areas, the staff would often circulate, asking guests for orders. There were plenty of activities to do during the day and various options for dining. The room was very spacious and clean with outstanding views of the sea and surrounding areas. The king sized bed was very spacious especially for a solo traveller. The mini bar was complimentary, which you don't often see and restocked daily. The hotel also left chocolates and sweets on the pillows during the turn down service. I attended the spa which was small but had what was required (steam room and sauna). I would highly recommend getting a massage from Olga. She hit all the correct spots leaving me highly relaxed by the end of it. She is also very friendly and attentive to all the clients needs. The pool area is also very clean with plenty of sunbeds around. The pool itself wasn't cold at the time of visiting and deep enough to enjoy. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on attending again when I next visit by myself.

Amazing! An elegant hotel with a friendly staff.

Amazing! I was pleasantly surprised by the grand and elegant lobby. Then I was greeted by the very professional staff - who instantly handed me a glass of champagne! I thought for a moment that the driver had dropped me off at the Four Seasons. I was escorted to my room and given a tour by the very kind and knowledgeable man, Iakovos. My room was recently updated and had a picturesque view of the massive pool area and the sea. After all this, I had a healthy lap swim in one of the pools, and then a visit to the posh spa. Here, I had a 55 minute facial by Polo, who is very professional. I swear this comprehensive facial took 10 years off! The breakfast buffet was quite massive, and set in a modern and sunny area. At night, the lobby becomes an elegant place to have a nice glass of wine or cordial. All this for a very reasonable price. Yes, I’ll be going back to stay!

Nice but not very quiet and relaxing as hoped for

This was a last minute booking for just one night and our first at one of the Atlantica hotels. The hotel is lovely and very clean with lovely staff. We decided to have the buffet dinner which OK. Lovely salads etc but we just felt a little lack lustre and not the standard that other 4* hotels offered. But the breakfast as very nice and hot too! The only thing that spoilt it was that we loved our sea view room but had no idea that the outdoor bar area was straight outside! VERY loud music quiz held by a rep which went on till 10pm, which was followed by a group of drunk guests belting out song at the top of their voices until 11.15pm when people complained! Felt like a Club 18-30 holiday which ruined it for us tbh. If you want a relaxing holiday, choose a mountain side room! Oh, and get up at 7am to claim your sunbed with a towel leaving just the crappy beds available for others.

Beautifully kept hotel - so clean, fresh, central. Drinks were lovely not the cheaper type you can come across here. Sone perks that make you feel good - complimentary drinks/mini bar/ offers in the restaurant. Room feels luxurious. Offers a late checkout.

Great overall except for housekeeping

The room had nice decor and amenities. the hotel, in general, was great. The pool area and access to the beach were great. The only issue was with housekeeping. They did a lousy job with the room, not cleaning it properly or replenishing toiletries.
