"The food was very fresh and very good. The pool area was very clean. However, my room had a tear in the carpet and the tack strip cut my grandson‘s foot. There must’ve been a leak in the wall where the bathtub was because it got our luggage, all wet, and the carpet was soaking wet. The pillow fell off onto the floor and when we picked it up, it was unusable because it was so wet. The staff were excellent. They were very nice. they only gave us three towels and there was five people we went down there to ask for more towels. They gave us one more so we had to share towels.They did take off my parking which was $18 a day that I did not realize I was paying, for my trouble, but it didn’t fix my one year-old grandson‘s foot. "

"The room that I was given was too small. For the price that was paid for being on the beach, the room is expected to be an average size. This was not. Also, the walls are paper thin, literally. You could hear EVERY MOVEMENT AND WORD that was said from outside and adjoining rooms. Recommendation is a last resort. "

"Hotel was so nice. It was very clean and had nice sitting areas indoors in the lobby facing the ocean. Very nicely decorated and high end aesthetics. Pool was warm and clean. Nice sitting areas by the pool chairs loungers and umbrellas. The pool view is over looks the ocean which makes it nice to have the view. I felt the beach chair rentals were a little pricy for a day, but they are 3rd party. Room was very clean and had extra sitting areas. The balcony view was very enjoyable. Very nice view of the Bay Area. So you still see a lot of water. Over all very satisfied with the stay. Would stay again. And highley recommended. "

"Everything was great, the only thing I could say that needs looking at is the balcony doors are really hard to open and make a loud noise when you slid them open. You can hear the guests on both sides of you opening their doors. And the smoking area only had four chairs and two of them were broke."

"Room smelled - desk top was damaged- carpet needs replaced. Had pets with me and they put me on the 3rd floor . 2 elevators to go in and out "
