"We had a great time staying in this lovely home. The room was delightful, clean, and our hosts were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was terrific. With good weather, there is enough space outdoors to sit and eat or read. We were told that occasionally the Tour de France goes by this house, and it is relatively close to Lille and the football stadium. It is also close to the historic site Bouvines. This is a good place to stay outside of a large city. We highly recommend this house."

"J'ai passé une nuit, pour un voyage professionnel. Tout s'est très bien passé. L'établissement est impeccablement tenu, avec une décoration de goût. Un calme absolu pour dormir, très appréciable. Un grand merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et le yaourt "maison", au petit déjeuner, un délice :-) Je ne chercherai pas d'autres adresses, si je passe dans la région. Sans aucun doute !"

"Firstly this b&b is most certainly NOT in a rural location as described by Expedia and is definitely NOT multilingual. Just the one member of ‘staff’. The b&b is in the city centre and surrounded by buildings. The only parking is on street - if your lucky. The place does not have its own ‘free parking’ at all. We arrived at b&b at 20.00 after booking our room at 13.30 on the same day to find no one there. Proprietor eventually appeared from property next door as we phoned him and he had no idea...

"It is a lovely studio apartment, very homely and comfortable and is nicely furnished with good hearing. I only stayed one night, would be nice to stay longer. It is in a quiet area but easy to get to nearby villages and towns (Herseaux, Leers, Roubaix). There are supermarkets nearby such as Lidl and Aldi, and the apartment has everything for cooking. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, they didn’t speak much English and unfortunately my French isn’t very good! But it was not a...

"Change of ownership seems to have reduced the quality of service. The hob and pans would not work as they had not been cleaned properly to work with induction. The hairdryer had been removed from the bathroom - had to go to reception to request a loan and told to return to reception. "Great little place to stay! I found all the staff at the desk friendly and helpful. Not stayed in an apartment/hotel place before so I didn’t know what to expect. My room had everything I needed for my 7 night stay. Good selection of cutlery/crockery/pans etc., for those who want to make/heat food while staying.
