Cozy cottage right by a babbling forest stream, close to forest and land for berry and mushroom picking.

Two large terraces and five bedrooms make the house perfect for a slightly larger family. Nice family room with space for everyone. Well-equipped kitchen with cozy fireplace. In the basement three bedrooms with single bed. In two of the bedrooms in the basement the beds are electrically adjustable. A charger for wireless charging of the phone is available.

Outside you have two Hollkohlegrills available as well as the possibility to smoke fish. There is also an outdoor sound system with Bluetooth and a mini fridge outside.

Close to Lilla Edet with shopping and restaurants. Göta Älv is known for its fantastic salmon fishing opportunities. Nice places to visit are Trollhättan, Vänersborg, Svanesund, Orust, Tjörn, Gothenburg etc.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of SEK 150.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed. Property is located near a highway.
