"The rooms were clean. The janitorial staff seemed to be working around the clock. We were surprised to find them working late into the night. The pool is great and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and attentive. My only complaint is about hotel-arranged transportation. Every pick up or drop off at the hotel cost much higher than what we later discovered we could get if we called Grab or a tuktuk ourselves. It almost seemed that the hotel was skimming something off transportation. About the staff once again, we had nothing to complain about. A special shout out to Ulysis, the Food and Beverage Manager. He was very friendly, attentive?and helpful. I would certainly recommend the hotel. It is great bang for the buck!"

"Stayed here from Jul 6-Jul 10. Let me start by saying that I’ve traveled to a lot of places in the Caribbean and South Palms beat all them without a doubt! This place is excellent and the service is impeccable! Unlike places I’ve been to where the staff only care about tips so they would act interested, South Palms staff genuinely are attentive, hospitable, caring, helpful, and friendly. All without expecting any tips whatsoever! They just show up willingly and you’ll feel so at ease with everyone! They really all go above and beyond! My husband and I definitely tipped the staff because they deserve it! We got a pool access room and it was truly amazing! Very spacious and out of all the hotels I’ve been to, South Palms housekeeping seems to be early hahaha - that’s not necessarily a bad thing! But sometimes, we’re just not early birds! But my favorite has to be the turn down service. They really pay attention to details with this and I’m impressed with how they do it. The food at Uma is amazing! Even those who don’t necessarily eat Filipino food should still have options at Manja! Sirenna Bar is great and love the atmosphere! Keep it up South Palms! You definitely hold the title of most luxurious resort in Panglao! I’ll make sure to recommend this place to families and friends who plan on visiting Panglao in the future!"

"Where do I even begin! From arrival to departure my experience at Epic Suites have been nothing but an absolute amazing experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. My private king suite villa with the floating breakfast was an absolute vibe! I had two massages and both were sooo good I fell asleep both times. I’m definitely coming back and coming back with a group of women who deserves this type of treatment as I host my next retreat. I just recommend bringing something for mosquitoes they can get in your room. I just sprayed and turned on my ceiling fan but I think I’m going to bring a portable repellent next time and I’ll be good. Looking forward to coming back again!"
