"A really lovely stay here. Staff were great, the inside and outside of the property are amazing with a very good pool for relaxing. Breakfast really good! Barga is a 15 minute walk away and well worth exploring!"

"Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Der Vermieter war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit und war jederzeit zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben.Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war, dass er uns an einem Abend selbst Pizza gemacht hat – sie war einfach exzellent! Außerdem hat er uns selbst gemachten Honig und an einem Morgen sogar frisch gebackenes Brot geschenkt. Solche persönlichen Gesten haben unseren Aufenthalt ganz besonders gemacht.Auch die Location selbst ist wunderschön: ein toller Garten, ein großer Pool und eine sehr schöne Umgebung. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!"

"We fell right from the first moment completely in love with this stunning house, amazing kitchen and magic view. Due to our lack of Italian, communication had to go via the translation app, but we were very warmly welcomed and generously supported whenever we needed help or had questions. Next to cooking in this perfect kitchen and having breakfasts and dinners on the most romantic terrace, we enjoyed beautiful hikes and trips in the surrounding villages. Even the serpentine mountain roads started growing on us (but it needs some courage and exercise.) Thank you for two truly happy weeks!"

"Unser Aufenthalt in Borsigliana war traumhaft. Das komplett renovierte, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattete Ferienhaus hat alles, was man für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt (moderne Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, Kamin, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, toller Aussenbereich mit Plunge-Pool zum Abkühlen, schöner Terassenbereich zum Sitzen und die Seele baumeln lassen und eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die umgebenden Berge). Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Kräutergarten mit Rosmarin, Minze, Salbei, Oregano, etc. Unsere Gastgeber Marta und Roberto waren sehr gastfreundlich, jederzeit ansprechbar mit vielen tollen Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen und Tipps für Restaurants und die Kommunikation per WhatsApp oder persönlich einwandfrei. Das Haus liegt sehr ländlich, man hört nur die umliegenden Wälder, die Kirchglocken und ab und zu mal einen Hund oder Traktor. Die zum Ferienhaus führende Straße ist relativ schmal, war aber für unseren VW Touran geeignet. Zum nächsten Supermarkt benötigt man ca. 10 min mit dem Auto. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern und Hund da und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir wünschen Marta und Roberto alles Gute für die Zukunft und viel Erfolg für ihre weiteren Vorhaben. Sollte uns der Weg nochmals in die Toskana führen, kommen wir gerne wieder!"

"We had the most amazing stay at Palazzo del Duca! Mirella and Francesco were incredible hosts from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to help organize everything on our wedding day, making it completely stress-free.Mirella prepared an absolutely delicious wedding meal that our guests are still talking about, and Francesco’s wine tasting was such a fun and memorable experience. The villa was the perfect place for our families to relax, spend time together, and celebrate. The rooms were charming, the area was beautiful, and we truly loved every minute of our stay.We already miss it and can’t thank Mirella and Francesco enough for making our wedding and vacation so special. We would recommend Palazzo del Duca to anyone without hesitation!"
