This spacious holiday home is located in a peaceful, green area of Lignano Pineta, just 500mt from the beach. It features a large fenced garden, a furnished terrace, a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a fireplace, a separate kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Ideal for 4-6 guests, the home is equipped with TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and one covered parking space. *A/C is available at an additional cost (check below). *The property is not equipped with sheets, towels, blankets and linen in general.
