Semi-detached villa in a quiet area at about 800m far from the beach. It has private fenced garden and parking place. On the ground floor the house is composed of : livingroom with sofa bed and patio/terrace with barbecue, separate kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower cabin and window.
The first floor is composed of two bedrooms with two single beds , bathroom with shower. Air conditioning on demand with extra price. Washing machine, microwave.
Check-in and key collection takes place at AGENZIA MARINA, Arco del Libeccio n°5 in Lignano Pineta.
Present all documents of the guests who will occupy the apartment (including children)
