The ground floor offers a living/dining area, separate kitchen, small annex with half bathroom, and a patio with fireplace opening onto a large garden. The first floor includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathtub bathroom, a second double bedroom, a single bedroom with pull-out bed, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony. The attic features a small open kitchen and space for an optional extra bed. Amenities include dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and one uncovered parking space. *A/C is available at an additional cost (check below). *The property is not equipped with sheets, towels, blankets and linen in general.°Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours

Unico problema le zanzare. Il giardino è bello, ci vive uno scoiattolo. Il mare è vicinissimo, bel sentiero per arrivarci. Un supermercato vicino. La casa è ottima.
