We are delighted to welcome you in our modern and completely renewed apartment for up to 4 guests immersed in the greenery and tranquility of Lignano Pineta. The apartment is situated in a quiet position, around 400mt from the beach and a few steps away from the city center.

The accommodation is built over two floors. On the ground floor it provides a modern living room with a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a large fridge, freezer and a microwave and a small cozy garden with a shared fireplace.
On the first floor there is a comfortable bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower box.

To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv-sat and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.
