Leider kann ich meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel nicht positiv bewerten. Bereits am ersten Tag musste ich feststellen, dass die Klimaanlage in meinem Zimmer defekt war. An der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt, man könne sich erst am nächsten Tag darum kümmern. Leider zog sich das Problem durch den gesamten Aufenthalt: Jeden Tag wurde ich erneut vertröstet – von einem Techniker, der angeblich kommen sollte, war nie etwas zu sehen. Statt einer funktionierenden Klimaanlage wurde mir lediglich ein lauter Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt, der kaum für Abkühlung sorgte und zusätzlich den Schlaf störte. Besonders belastend war dies, da ich mit meinem 6-jährigen Kind in einem völlig überhitzten Zimmer übernachten musste – bei Außentemperaturen von 38 Grad eine Zumutung. Erst am letzten Abend – nach wiederholter Beschwerde und der klaren Aussage, dass ich die volle Summe unter diesen Umständen nicht zahlen werde – wurde mir ein Nachlass von 10 % angeboten. Ohne mein energisches Auftreten hätte es vermutlich gar keine Entschädigung gegeben. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend, vor allem wegen des mangelhaften Kundenservices und dem gleichgültigen Umgang mit einem offensichtlichen Mangel.

Struttura ottima personale cortese Tutto ok, unica piccola pecca avendo preso camera singola l'ho trovata un po' troppo piccola e senza possibilità di stendere cose ad asciugare se non uscendo dalla stanza in terrazza comune. Materasso un po' troppo morbido Comunque assolutamente consigliato

Da migliorare

L'albergo é piuttosto vecchiotto e l'impressione che dà non é di un 4stelle. Al check-in la receptionist é stata gentile e professionale mentre il check-out é stato più problematico seppure la gentilezza, che non é comunque mancata, era condizionata da una certa ansia e stress della receptionist al culmine della sopportazione post ferragosto. Il bancomat non funzionava e si é dovuto attendere per nuovi vani tentativi, finché la richiesta è stata il pagamento in contanti con prelievo al ATM in centro al paese distante 2km, nonostante fosse stata fornita la carta di credito a deposito. Purtroppo la piscina era troppo fredda per essere sfruttata ed il succo d'arancia a colazione era acqua.. Per il resto, disponibilità parcheggio, spiaggia non lontana ed ombrellone inclusi nel prezzo, non era male

L'albergo è datato, costruzione ed inizio attività anno 1965. Alcune camere sono state ristrutturate, la nostra non lo era. Si sentivano distintamente i rumori della stanza adiacente. Credo che la struttura alberghiera abbisogni di una profonda ristrutturazione. Il presente commento si riferisce all'Hotel Bristol e non al Palace. Siamo stati dirottati presso questa struttura per la chiusura del Palace.

Gute Ausgangslage zum Strand und in die City

Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut. Das optische Erscheinungsbild des Hotels ist nicht sehr schön. Ein Hausanstrich wäre notwendig. Ansonsten ein aufmerksames und sehr nettes Personal!

Solides Hotel zum weiterempfehlen

Ein Hotel genau am richtigen Platz. Ich habe mein Auto nur einmal benötigt um nach Venedig zu fahren. Schade ist nur, dass die Sternebewertungen nicht mal innerhalb von Europa einheitlich sind. Wäre das Hotel in Deutschland hätte ich von 4 Sternen deutlich mehr Komfort erwartet. Trotzdem werde ich das Palace wieder buchen.
