Semi-detached villa with an open (unfenced) garden, located just 500 meters from the beach in Lignano Pineta. The property is arranged over multiple levels. On the garden level, there is a bright living/dining area with a single sofa bed, a separate kitchen, and a small furnished patio. The mezzanine level features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, there is an additional twin bedroom and a second bathroom with shower. Equipped with one uncovered parking space, washing machine, TV, and mosquito nets.*A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).*The property is not equipped with sheets, towels, blankets and linen in general.°Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours.
