Our cozy flat is located on the mezzanine floor and spreads over two levels. It is part of a residence with swimming pools and a solarium and can accommodate up to five guests. On the first floor discover a spacious living area with a kitchen and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower box, and a lovely balcony. The basement is provided with a bedroom with three single beds (that can be joined). It features a Satellite TV, A/C, heating, an American coffee machine, a microwave and one uncovered parking space per booking (no SUV). A shared laundry is available. Beach distance: 800mt. °Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decor and colours may vary). °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.

*Check-in (18/04-31/05 and 01/09-26/09): 15:00-19:00. Check-in after 19:00 is not allowed.
*Check-in (01/06-31/08): 16:00 to 19:30. Check-in after 19:30 is not allowed.
