We are glad to welcome you to our comfortable apartment located on a natural geographical extension at the end of Lignano Sabbiadoro, at the confluence of the sea and the lagoon. The area represents the ideal starting point for discovering the most characteristic landscapes of the lagoon hinterland, the upper Adriatic and the nearby Slovenian and Croatian coasts.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and is located in a building with a lift. You will find a comfortable living room with a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a large fridge, freezer and microwave, a full bathroom with a shower box, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out single bed and a lovely terrace.
To ensure your best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv-sat, central heating and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
