A red-brick house typical of the Liège region, tastefully renovated, in the Jupille neighbourhood of Liège. It has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 7 people and a large enclosed garden with mature trees at the back — ideal for a family or friends` getaway that wants to enjoy plenty of outdoor space while staying in the city.

On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine) opens onto a bright glass-roofed conservatory, itself opening onto the garden. The living room has plenty of charm with its exposed wooden beams, a wood-burning stove set into an original stone fireplace, and large graphic art prints. The dining area, with its table for 6, completes this bright, generous living space.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated: two with a double bed, one designed for children with a bunk bed under a world-map wall mural, and a fourth with a single bed. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with basic toiletries in the shared bathroom (which has 2 separate toilets). Wifi, a washing machine and dryer are available, as are coffee, tea and everyday kitchen basics.

Outside, the wooden deck holds two sun loungers just off the conservatory, and a second terrace, covered by a wisteria-clad pergola, has a large dining table for meals outdoors.

Two outdoor parking spaces are available in front of the house (the garage is not accessible to guests).
