"Everything was as expected and the decor was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The only improovement could be softer pillows (they had a pillow menu, and we asked for a neck pillow - it was gigantic - not made for women.) The duvet was amazing and I used a corner for a pillow. I should have contacted the reception for another pillow. "

"Sehr gute Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Gießen. Das Hotel ist vom Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen. An- und Abreise sind also sehr unkompliziert. Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof ist das Hotel ruhig gelegen. Ich habe keinen Zugverkehr mitbekommen. Außerdem fahren vom Bahnhof diverse Buslinien ab. Man ist also gut angebunden. Frühstück hebt sich spürbar positiv vom Standard-Frühstück vieler Hotels ab. Hotel ist vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür in gutem Zustand. Ich hatte ein...

"Very well managed hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast buffet. A very short walk up the hill is a castle built around 1000 AD. It is a must see. The views from the top of the castle are spectacular! Plus, 2 restaurants and a beer garten at the castle. A highlight of our trip."
