"When i checked into my room it was very hot and it was hair in the bathroom on the floor in the sink in the tub and on the wall in the tub area i made desk aware nothing was done"

"I booked through Hotel.Com & for the 1st time paid at the hotel with rep Jeremy Henderson. I’m a platinum member with Wyndam. But Jeremy Henderson failed to put my check out for 12noon. The next day after 11am the front desk female was calling me to ask about my check out. I told her that I was a platinum member & my check out should be 12noon. She checked & told me I was fine. At 11:25am I went downstairs to get the luggage cart and made it to the 3rd floor room where I was staying in. My keycard was disabled. I was upset went back downstairs to the front desk & told her that my keycard was disabled. She turned it back on & I went back to 3rd floor to get my luggage. I went back downstairs to check out & I left. If your planning to go there DONT!"

"This hotel is very, very tired.It needs a huge refresh. I usually stay at a different place but decided to give this one a shot because it also had the airport shuttle that I often need when i'm in houston. When I arrived at the hotel , it appears that expedia had canceled my reservation and had also canceled reservations made by other people. Not sure why this happened , but I have put a report in to find out. I don't think it was the hotel's fault , but this did happen."

"Room was clean. Breakfast was fine. Staff was clueless about a lot of things, not very helpful at all for people not from the area."

"4th floor under construction and strong smells of products, smoke and old food. Beds in hallways, dirty hallways, stained furniture, and no other rooms available. "

"The feel of the property was uneasy from the start. Very shady ppl walking around the property. One woman in particular walking all over, every corner I turned she was there. Then saw her in the parking lot approaching every man that came out of rooms or drove up in cars. I’m pretty sure I know what the situation was with that. There were men all over the parking lot walking around shirtless. There were two vehicles parked backed up facing the hotel itself. One had a male and female in it who appeared to be staring at everyone that was driving into the parking lot. The other had a female in it just sitting. We ended up cutting our loss and losing what we paid and not Even staying the night because we were so uncomfortable with the place. We did go into the room just to see what it was like and it had a musty, mildew smell. The front desk clerk was extremely nice though. But…. Never again."
