"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. Unfortunately the facilities are not, as described in the ad, nor in the customer comments, the rooms are from a lower quality hotel, the same as the pools, if it were not for the staff who work there they would have closed a long time ago."

"Staff was great beds were ok. You could see people walking by through the crack in the door. You had to lock yourself in the room with the key. Food was not very good. Same thing every day. Only about 5 options. Facility needs a lot of upkeep. Drink options were limited. The hills were super steep. Not recommended unless you are fit. They did have a pickup that would take you around if it didn't already have 3 people in it."

"There was a mixup with our reservation through Expedia. After traveling for 14 hours the staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. The young lady worked to try and straighten out our reservation calling Expedia but had no luck. We were able to book a room and got some rest. The breakfast was very tasty and filling. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re flying in or out of LIR. You won’t be disappointed."

"The room was outdated, smelling old, but clean. They are planning a remodel later this year. Restaurants, bars, pools and grounds were excellent! There are chaise lounges on the beach, but no umbrellas. A few trees offer shade, but are mostly overtaken by local vendors who have “shops” there. The staff was wonderful, trying to accommodate every wish we had."
