The room was neat and tidy with every essential amenity one needs after flying into Liberia. Staff were friendly and responsive via WhatsApp for late check in. I had a smooth and restful stay.

The neighbors rooster woke us up a couple times in the night, but the hotel itself and staff were perfect. It was just what we needed and happened to be right next to our car rental place (Payless).

Exceptionally clean, quaint. Very spacious rooms available! Attached to Hotel Karao is quaint Coffee Shop Karao, Small outdoor patio, great coffee and wonderful Chocolate Banana Bread and many other baked breakfast food items. Bottled water, Front Desk and coffee shop staffed 7am-5pm. Check in 24/7, but you will be given code to retrieve room keys after about 5 pm. Phone number of local owners to help is posted if you have an issue. Staff was exceptional and friendly. Very clean and attentive. Amazingly responsive in helping contact Taxi and shuttles - even less expensive bus service right out front. Karao Hotel is a budget stay that’s clean with attached coffee shop and treats, This is great place on a quaint, small scale! Yes a rooster nearby announcing sunrise early. I loved it - great rural feel but 5 minutes from airport. We plan to stay again night before we fly out next week.

The place over whole is ok looking very clean, however the sheet were old and seems dirty there was hair from previous travellers we had to sleep on the towels , the place has lots of potential. Location is very good to airport and staff were very attentive to open the place , don’t worry once you there it’s easy to access.

Perfect for LIR airport access.

Lovely stay close to the airport in Liberia. It is a very comfortable boutique hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds, working AC. Bring your own soap etc. easy check in between 7am-8pm. Be sure to prearrange hours beyond these listed. Street noise during waking hours but quiet at night. Lovely cafe downstairs.

Staff service was excellent. The room was clean. The breakfast was spectacular and the portion was perfect. You may listen noise at night because it is too close to the highway, but in general it’s a great stay.

Actually for the price we were pretty happy with this property. It was clean, the AC worked great and it is close to the airport. Those were our main criteria. We checked in after 6:00 pm and the property was a little difficult to get into. The water was luke warm and the wifi was so weak we couldn’t stay connected. The room was very basic but what can you expect for this price? We’d stay here again just for coming and going.

The place felt safe, staff were friendly and the room was very clean, properly equiped. Only negatives were the loud noises coming from the highway right in front and the fact that nothing is really walkable from there, you have to have a car or call a taxi. But for a night just before going to the airport it was great!

I stayed 1 night and hotel was fine. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and free breakfast was delicious. It is not a long stay hotel unless you have a car as it is a distance from everything.
