Two surprises that caught us off guard…first, though there were two bathrooms advertised, but there was only one shower for four people. Second and more significant, there was no heat in the unit until mid October. The weather was in the upper 40s/low 50s at night, so the house was downright cold most of the time. "Excellent hotel in Bellagio. Great value. We booked a room with view of the lake. It was so beautiful. The room seem to have gone some remodeling. It looked so much better than the pictures on Hotel.com. The AC was very good. It was so hot outside in the beginning of August. We look forward to going back to our room at the end of the day. The ferry gates were also nearby. I highly recommend this hotel."
