"This is a phenomenal hotel and everything about it is five star. The staff go out of the way to make sure you have everything you need and nothing is too much for them. We ate at the Michelin starred restaurant and had the tasting menu which was fantastic. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable the next day and had a great experience. Highly recommend."

"Excellent little pristine studio, very central to the historic zone, canal walks/trips and train station. Also the buses to the various beaches leave from right outside the door. So location cannot be bettered. The staff are lovely, friendly & professional and gave us the quiet room I’d requested for our 4 days - thank you, much appreciated! The kitchenette was small but well equipped for self catering, very comfy beds, good sound proofing and A/C so it ticked all my “essential” boxes & would definitely return.when in Narbonne."

"I booked this hotel at the last minute and was extremely pleased with my choice. The hotel lobby was large, clean, and inviting, and the receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Our room was large and clean, and the bathroom sparkled. The accommodation was excellent! The downside however was the restaurant. Our dinners were expensive, bland, and the choices were limited at the buffet counter. The service was good, which helped mitigate an otherwise negative experience. I highly recommend this hotel, but would suggest dining elsewhere. "
