The access to the pools is very enjoyable. At the restaurant, excellent service from Mathias and Samuel. Friendly and professional. Great assets for the restaurant.

Das Angebot mit Preise auf der Seite von Expedia ist irreführend! Es werden Annehmlichkeiten aufgeführt die doch nicht inbegriffen sind und musste vor Ort, mit deutlichem Aufpreis, zusätzlich bezahlen werden. Ich buche doch kein Hotel mit Thermalbad ohne Zutritt zum Thermalbad. Hier muss Expedia mit dem Hotel die Angebote eindeutig ausschreiben.

Einchecken mangelhaft. Wellness nicht inbegriffen Tresor kaputt Zimmer Türe geht plötzlich nicht mehr auf Mit Hammer dann schon. Unfreundliche Rezeptionistin Im Restaurant mussten wir 1h auf den Tagesteller warten. Schönes Wellnesbad aber alles etwas verlottert - abgewetzte Wasserhahnen, nicht passende WC-Brillen. Massage war angenehm.

Studio moderne très confortable, les bains (un peu petit mais paysagé magnifique) L’entrée aux bains est payante pour les clients booking, expédia..à vérifier avant. Personnel agréable, il est conseillé d’arriver un peu tôt car à l’enregistrement il y a beaucoup de monde à 15h ( longue fil d’attente)

Bien mais peut mieux faire

La chambre ou plutôt l'appartement était spacieux, un plus le wc est séparé. L'espace aquatique n'est pas grand, on à vite fait le tour. Le soir au restaurant j'ai pris des spaghettis bolognaise, la sauce n'avait pas trop de goût.

Das Restaurant eine Katastrophe.. service nicht aufmerksam. Habe ein entrecote bestellt es kam auf den heissen stein, und war nicht zart. Das menüteller war eine schande das man das als koch so den Gäste serviert!! Sehr viel täuschende gerichte auf der karte.. auch bekommt man die getränke nicht in geeichte Gläser serviert!! Und die zimmer sind sehr alt und wir mussten auf ein Bettsofa übernachten!! Vom frühstücks buffet ist gar nicht zu reden reinste schande und katastrophe, sogar verganmeltes fleisch war auf dem buffet!!! Aja und das wasser im Bad ist nur 30 grad warm!

Im Restaurant vor allem, ist es sehr laut und hektisch. Vom Personal erwarte ich dass sie diskret arbeiten und nicht wie Handlanger auf einer Baustelle. Die Bedienung schmeisst Tabletts, Besteck, und Geschirr als sie an einem Wettbewerb teilnehmen, "Wer macht am meisten Krach beim arbeiten". Dazu rennen sie einem um die Ohren weil sie zu viel zu tun haben. Eklatanter Personalmangel . Dazu ist an vielen Orten die Belichtung ungenügend, wenn sie überhaupt funktioniert. In meinem Zimmer waren z. Bsp. 2 Lampen kaputt. Man merkt dass im Hotel des Bains an der Infrastruktur und am Personal gespart wird bis zum geht nicht mehr und das ist sehr schade.. Wenn die Lage und das Panorama nicht so fantastisch wären, würde ich den Weg nicht mehr unter die Räder nehmen.

Accès aux bains illimité. Protocole sanitaire Covid-19 pas surveillé ni respecté dans les Bains. Aucun passage du service de nettoyage/changement des linges durant les 3 nuits du séjour... A la réception, on ne retrouve pas trace de mon paiement. On m’appelle le soir de Noël à 20h15 pour me demander de régler les taxes de séjour alors que je reste encore 2 nuits...

Super Lage und Sauber. Es kann aber nicht sein das man für ein Eintritts Handband für das Thermalbad an der Reception im Bademantel 10 Minuten zur Schau gestellt wird. 4 Schalter und nur einer Besetzt. Das geht definitiv besser.

Literie pas confortable ni propre. Pizza pas très chaude à son arrivée à table et sucrée, sans oublier une crêpe froide en dessert. 45 minutes de check-in. à notre arrivée et quand nous avons dit que nous baisserions la note, le personnel nous a répondu qu’il ne se sentait pas concerné.
