"The whole stay was lovely. The room was great. Clean and very comfortable bed!! Staff were helpful. Love the free mini bar ! Such a nice touch Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked . "We enjoyed an overnight stay. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and there was a comfortable bed. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, but there was a full menu and the food was enjoyable. There was a standard, perfectly nice breakfast offering. The leisure facilities were stand-out. There was a very warm pool (probably better suited to leisure rather than fitness swimming, particularly if busy) with a really nice steam room and sauna. We'd definitely stay again. As long as you're expecting a slightly "chain business hotel" ambience as opposed to a "country house hotel" vibe, you won't be disappointed."

"Room was basic but clean. Staff helpful. Decent breakfast. Pool quite small and limited poolside chairs. Sauna room small. Jacuzzi was big and good pressure. Lakes restsurant had limited choice for vegetarian and no chicken or lamb dishes. Nothing nearby and the closest place to dine is Faversham. "

"The staff were lovely and helpful. The interior is neglected and rooms/bathrooms are not up to date despite the attempt to make them look like that. So not a comfortable stay. There were no proper side tables in our bedroom, the heating was provided by an electric heater which made the atmosphere very dry. Bathroom was a bad design without much space to put things."
