"Very nice hotel me and my family will return."

"We were told the shuttle was coming the night we arrived but it took an hour. They didn't tell us to pre-order the shuttle for the morning, so we had to take an Uber. The hotel is rundown and the staff wasn't friendly. "

"This is a roach infested hotel! Flying gnats too. Didn’t seem to be a surprise to the front desk staff. She gave me rewards points, but that doesn’t make it better. The white bedding, though clean, had blood stains. This shouldn’t have ever been used for a customer until bleached out. Though the front desk clerk was very kind and apologetic we checked out early and forfeited our second night which had been paid in advance. After killing gnats and one German cockroach before going to sleep waking up and turning on the light between the beds to see three more cockroaches scurrying, I knew that there was no way I would chance sleeping here again! "
