Turn off A/C or heater in two top floor bedrooms as well as unit on the front porch
Put all outdoor cushions and pillows in blue bedroom closet on 1st floor and close all outdoor umbrellas
Cover all grills and firepit with plastic cover
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
