Welcome to our beautifully renovated villa home in downtown Lexington, NC! This charming unit is ideally situated near a variety of restaurants, shops, and parks, making it perfect for your stay. Nestled in the heart of the Triad area, three minutes away from Lexington, Medical Center and Highway 85 and in the opposite direction three minutes from downtown Lexington, also we are just 30 minutes from High Point, Salisbury, Winston Salem, and Greensboro. Explore local attractions such as High Rock Lake, the NC Zoo, Grimes Park, Childress Vineyards, and the High Point Furniture Market. Embrace the flavors of Lexington, known as the barbecue capital of the Southeast, and enjoy the famous Lexington BBQ Festival! Our home is conveniently located next to a historic railroad , and please note that when the doors are closed, noise levels are minimal.

🔻We are next to a operational railroad 🚆 outside gets a bit loud. The house is made of brick so most noise gets eliminated from the inside!

This Villa offers 3 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom and a half restroom in master bedroom. Master bedroom also includes queen size pillow top bed with smart tv, full dresser with mirror, stand up chest and walk in closet . 2nd bedroom has queen size pillow top mattress smart tv, dresser with mirror. 3rd BD Queen Set pillow top mattress 🚫 in addition absolutely no parties allowed!

This apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of a convenience store. Next door to a church and privately owned barber shop. Walmart , Lowes, planet fitness 🏋🏽‍♀️

Spacious and convenient location.

The listing and other reviews talk about the train so I can't blame anyone but myself. The train comes through several times a night, every night and due to the close proximity to the railroad trussles it lays on the horn. It will wake you up unless you are a very sound sleeper. Communication with property owner was great and he is very prompt to respond. We had a little miss communicating in the beginning but that was quickly settled. Even though the rules are no smoking the entire place smelled of marijuana. Property owner did what he could to correct this as well but very little he could do. I would advise him to seek compensation from previous tenants. Overall it's a nice place especially for a larger group as it has 3 bedrooms and a large living space.

Problems Galire

1. Smoke alarm beeping 2. Shower knob broken. We had to remove and use a pliers to change temperature. 3. No mention in listing that property is directly adjacent to railroad with trains going all day and night, horns blaring. 4. Property manager promised refund of $50 due to problems and arbitrarily reduced to $35 with no notice.
