Located right in the middle of town. Not really large enough for 6 but super convenient for 4 or less. Great amenities, very clean and comfortable!!!

Great location

We were in Lexington for our son’s Ring Figure events at VMI. It was so nice to be able to easily walk to campus and restaurants. We were very comfortable and it fit our needs perfectly.

Perfect location!!!!!

In for Parent’s weekend at VMI, and it was perfect in location to walk to post or restaurants in town. Full kitchen for all the tailgate preparations. Will reserve again for all our overnight needs!

Perfect Spot for a Quick Trip

Wonderful stay! The apartment was just what I needed/wanted for my quick trip into town. Can't beat the location. The Property Owner was quick with responses and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Extremely convenient

Great place and very clean. Great proximity to W&L, shops and restaurants. Well appointed kitchen. Parking can be a little tricky if you arrive on a Friday afternoon. Will stay here again!

Great property

We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again. The convenience and location of this apartment are perfect! I am not sure that 6 people would fit, but four of us fit comfortably. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Great property!!

Great place

Great place to stay but I would recommend adding some cooking amenities. There was only two pans and very few utensils. I had to go but additional pots and pans in order to cook. Otherwise the place was great in a great location.

Ideal location for access to W&L, downtown

The apartment is very convenient to downtown and W&L campus. It was clean and quiet. There were three of us and my son slept on the pull-out couch, so there wasn't much room to move around or sit, but we didn't spend a lot of time there. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. We didn't use the kitchen at all - too many great restaurants just out the door!

Read before booking

Positives: clean, which is Most important! perfect location, can easily walk to stores, W&L/VMI, & kitchen was equipped just enough pots,pans and other basics! (But No microwave)Negatives: (caveat, I usually don’t say anything negative, but the following are important) 1. Door to connecting building only locks from opposite side. VRBO PROPERTY needs at least a mechanical lock for comfort.2. we requested upon arrival where the property was located (address is listed is slightly different than the actual bc of GPS,but there was no heads up) and parking was noted. There was no response prior to stay or after check-in until we checked out a day early. I understand this can occasionally be missed so I still gave 4 stars. 3. The mattress reminded us of a sleeper sofa quality (very very poor). Additionally, not many people like knit sheets. We were debating on staying or leaving the last night that we paid, but after the first 2 nights on the mattress, we decided we would leave because how bad the mattress Was. That is important to us which is why we don’t mind paying more For VRBOs or or better hotels.

This property is so convenient to everything in downtown. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our next trip to Lexington. This is the perfect spot for if you want to be within walking distance of every activity during your stay. Great for either the VMI or W&L family visit.

Perfect Studio Stay

Great location in town with close proximity to restaurants and shops. Nicely appointed studio with amenities, very comfortable stay. Easy in and out booking/access. Really enjoyed it for the weekend moving our son into VMI.
