  • Just minutes from Hunter Mountain ski area, beautiful hikes, Catskill Mountain views and one block from some of the best restaurants & shopping in town! This beautifully designed custom home offers luxurious amenities, including a full chef’s kitchen, heated floors, fire place, pool table, entertainment system, outdoor kitchen with stove, bbq, pizza oven, fire pit & hot tub. Perfect for friends and family, and less than 3 hours away from Manhattan!

    The space
    Green Mountain Tavern is a brand new log home finished in 2022 that provides all of the amenities you could ask for. It is the perfect setting for friends and family to enjoy peace and tranquility. Stargaze outside at the fire pit while making s'mores or put your culinary skills to work while preparing pizza at the outdoor wood-burning pizza oven. The large back patio and dining table are the perfect hang out spots to enjoy some home cooked meals from the BBQ. Warm up in the hot tub (available year round) during the winter months after a day on the slopes!

    Indoor open floor plan includes a large chefs kitchen with high end appliances, large bedrooms that include everything you need for a comfortable stay, and luxury Carrera marble bathrooms that add a touch of industrial chic to relax and unwind in. The family room is fully equipped with a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), a pool table, and full entertainment system, including a PlayStation for the kids (or adults)!

    This home is just the right one for all things luxury!

    Guests have access to the entire home, except for the locked garage. Please be respectful of the neighbors and their property and keep the outdoor noise down from 10 PM - 8 AM.
