  • Nautical theme house on just under an acre recently remodeled. Less than a mile from Lexington and just a short walk to beach access at the end of the road. Spacious yard with a fire pit and firewood provided. 1 mile from downtown Lexington and 2 miles from Lakeview Hills. Air conditioned for hot summer days. Gas grill for cooking. Washer and dryer with detergent provided. Automatic Standby Generator in case of power outages. Keurig with Kcups, blender, high speed internet, new furniture, new 50’ UHD 4K fire tv, boardgames, cards, etc.
