Relax in your own private apartment with a deck for enjoying morning coffee with the sunrise and or evening dinner with the sunset! Fish from the dock! Swim, paddleboard, kayak, sun on the floating pier, and in the evening, enjoy a glass of wine by the lake in comfy Adirondack chairs at water's edge firepit!
While here be sure to adventure into the surrounding fun of Davidson County's wineries, farms, uptown restaurants, and pubs, antiquing, and quaint shops. Truly a great getaway.

My wife and I wanted a nice quiet getaway for our 38th wedding anniversary. The apartment overlooked the lake with a beautiful view and the place was clean a very comfortable. Our host were a pleasure to talk to and available if we had any questions or needs. Would definitely stay there again.

Lakefront Gem
The weekend was magical! The owners were very friendly and check in was easy. The bay window view from the apartment was stunning! Allowing us to use the dock on High Rock Lake was great! If you are a star gazer and it is a clear night, you will be treated to a star gazing show. The kitchen was large and fully stocked, the bed comfortable. We would definitely go back again! Thank you Jim and Paula for allowing us to stay!

Second time staying here, and all I can say is this place is incredible. From the hosts, Paula and Jim, to the property overlooking the lake, not one detail goes untouched here, either. Absolutely Perfect!
Hands down the best VRBO we've stayed at. Location location location!! Wow everything was just how we hoped. Didn't want to leave. The hosts were wonderful and the surprise fireworks show was incredible. The space was cozy and comfy and the bed was super comfortable. Definitely going to be back in a future stay!

A beautiful piece of property with everything you could possibly need! Every comfort of home and delicious muffins. Easy checkin and very hospitable owners. My only complaint would be there was no mention of the tenants in the basement that stayed on the dock all day Saturday. Some people don’t mind hanging out with people they don’t know but my husband and I were hoping to have the dock to ourselves for the time we paid for. If you don’t mind hanging out with another couple on a small dock then you’ll really enjoy your stay! I feel like it should have been made clear that there would be other people on the property (besides the owners). If I had wanted to hang out with strangers I would have gone to a hotel. Other than that-beautiful, comfortable little getaway!
