  • The Writer's Gambit is an homage to Lexington author Walter Tevis, author of The Queen's Gambit, The Hustler, The Color of Money, and The Man Who Fell to Earth.

    The living area/sleeping area features ample comfy seating and includes a king Murphy bed and a queen sofa sleeper. The unit also has a full bathroom with shower, a full eat-in kitchen, and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer which make it a great option for short or long-term stays.

    Right on the edge of the Transylvania University campus on the prestigious Mulberry Hill block. Walkable to all Downtown Lexington has to offer including restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions. It's also close to University of Kentucky and Rupp Arena and a short drive to Keeneland Race Course, The Red Mile, and Kroger Field. The LexRide nightlife bus has a stop than a block away and a LexTran bus stop is on the same block.
