Cozy 4-bedroom home on the north side of Lexington. A 10-minute walk from The Greyline Station, Broomwagon Cafe, and several other amazing new businesses in this blooming area of the city. 8 minute drive from Rupp Arena. 15 minute drive from Keenland Racetrack. The best parts of Lexington are all a short walk or car ride away.

We are strictly following all CDC
recommendations and guidelines with cleaning and sanitizing between each visit.

We hope you’ll come enjoy staying at this 1940’s cape-cod getaway in one of the coolest parts of the city. The main floor includes the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. A third bedroom and half bath is located on the second story, and the third bedroom is in our finished basement.

We are musicians and avid connoisseurs of music so you will find an upright piano in the kitchen and record player for your use.

Provided in the house are three queen beds, a twin bed, and a really comfy couch for sleeping. We also have high speed wifi and Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen, with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Coffee grinder and beans. A washer and dryer are also included for your use at no extra charge.

You will have access to the entire house, except for a couple rooms in the basement which will be locked and off limits.

The stairs going to the top floor are completely safe, but a little wonky and uneven—so just be aware of that.
