I read the reviews prior to booking and agree the room could have been cleaner. The bathroom garbage was full and there was a dry dirty washcloth hanging from the shower rod. The staff were polite but less than friendly. It was late and we were tired. It was a place to sleep. Beds were ok and clean.

Nothing fancy, but had everything we needed. Clean but definitely could use some updates. Furniture was stained. Water pressure was amazing.

We selected this property due to the cleanliness rating, location and price. Hotel room was satisfactory. The bathroom looked a bit run down and not the ideal clean I was hoping. However, the .staff checking is in was extremely distant and seemed as if it was A bother to check me in. He was not personable, said only two words and provided 1 key for 3 adults. In addition, sadly, there was only 1 raison cookie left for 3 guests. The facility seemed acceptable however you might want to see about teaching the the gentleman working the desk a little hospitality along with mentioning friendliness hours a long way to weary travelers.

Normally I don't leave bad reviews, however, I feel I must mention that the stay was good but the day after I left I realized that I left my lighted makeup mirror and phone charger in the room. I called immediately to have them check, but the front desk person said nothing was found and he couldn't ask the cleaners but he would leave a note. I never heard anything back. My fault for leaving them but cleaners should have turned the items in.

It wasn't the cleanist and the front desk staff was very unhelpful when my friend requested a new bed sheet because the one in her room was ripped. And the cleaning ladies took our swimsuits when they grabbed towels of the door hook and he wouldn't help us in any way.

The only thing good about this room was the bed. The property is dingy and kind of gross. Bathroom really outdated and the shower had trouble draining. Not worth the money.

Easily accessible from I-75, near Lexington Airport, the property has an inviting lobby, easy parking, and a friendly staff. It’s also located very close to two shopping malls with ready access to a variety of food options. The morning breakfast is included in the price. Reasonably priced.

Great stay, 2 hours from home, traveled for some appointments. Selected this place because it had a pool, a hot breakfast, and a Noon check out. The room was clean, one lamp didnt work, another flickered the whole time so we just left them off. Thats not reay a complaint although I think Housekeeping should regularly check those types of things. Pool is open to midnight which was very nive however we waited until 9pm to go for a swim and it was full of kids jumping, diving, splashing and the pool is very small, only 5 ft deep. Again no fault of the hotel just an issue with guests not following rules. The breakfast was one of the beat Ive had, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, wafflea, and much more. Breakfast ends at 9:30. Upon checking in I got a text saying if we need anything let them know, I didnt test it but it was nice. The next morning we got another text saying we could respond "OUT" when we were leaving and that would be considered a check out, also very nice because I prefer contactless, its just easy. However, this was my only complaint, as stated I selected because of late check out. We would be up late and wanted to have breakfast then sleep a little later before traveling. Housekeeping knocked on our door 3 different times to see when we were leaving, we left about 11:15 because with the frewquent checks from them it was difficult to go back to sleep and of course there wasnt a do not disturb sign.

Only stayed one night passing through so this property was OK for that. It’s next to a very noisy road. Nothing the staff can do about the noise from other guests slamming doors, but it started at 3 AM. We had two rooms. Both were clean beds were comfortable.

Property tired, service average, rooms tired, 2 lamps didn't work, soiled couch. Not very near any good restaurants. Beds were great and breakfast was average. Parking was good as was easy access from the interstate.

The only positive is that it was easy access to the interstate. It was very loud, our room was not very clean, the sink stopper was broken, the hallway trash can was full to overflowing upon our arrival and hadn’t been emptied when we checked out, the hallway needed to be vacuumed. We used to try to book exclusively at Country Inns and Suites when we traveled, but our last two experiences (Lexington KY and Bardstown KY) have fallen short of our expectations and we will mostly likely book elsewhere during future travels.

Would NOT stay here again!!
We encountered many problems while here. We checked in on Friday night 10pm and checked out on Sunday at 10:30am. Upon check out, I left my personal number with the front desk and asked if she would have a member of management give me a call at their earliest convenience due to the many issues we had. Here it is over a week later and we haven’t heard from them. Issues: * While taking a normal shower, the bath tub fills up a little over halfway. * Air conditioner was not working the first night and into the next day. After contacting the front desk, they had it working by the time we returned Saturday night. * Called front desk for pillows and were told they didn’t have any extras. * After getting back after midnight from the rodeo/concert on the second night, the TV wouldn’t connect to direct TV. Called front desk. Told they can’t do anything about it. * To our surprise, there was no spa/hot tub. Called front desk about the advertised spa/hot tub and was told they were going to remove the spa/ hot tub from the advertised listing. * Pillows were Paper thin. And the bed was super firm. I’m a side sleeper and my arm was numb, both mornings waking up. * On Sunday morning around 9am, I went to the front desk for 4 towels. Was told they were drying so they would bring them up once they are done drying. We checked out at noon and the towels never showed up. * Pull out couch mattress was very old uncomfortable and coming apart. * The hallways and rooms had a musty smell.
