BRAND NEW 3 Bedroom Close to Lake Murray

  • Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This is in a brand new community in the heart of Lexington. This is a perfect place to stay being it is only blocks away from Lake Murray and only 5 minutes away from down town Lexington. This house has amazing kitchen appliance and upgrades. There is an amazing screened in porch in the back yard and a privacy fence surrounding it for a romantic / cozy evening. Also the living room features a 65 inch TV hung up nicely over the fireplace.

and this house was great. Close enough to everything but far enough out that it felt safe. The subdivision is new and easy to navigate. House is also new and clean. I would stay again.

We enjoyed staying at this property and recommend it to others. In fact our relatives in the area ended up staying with us due to water damage at their condo. They ended up also staying at this property while their condo was fix about another month.

Beautiful home - needs more info

This new home is beautiful and located on a quiet cul-de-sac so there is little traffic. The furnishings are adequate and the kitchen had everything needed for meal prep. There was no "home manual" so we communicated with the owner multiple times. I looked up the appliance manual for the stove online so that I could use some of the special features. I would urge the owners to prepare a manual for things like: using the gas logs on the screened porch, operating the TV, the home network, the microwave / oven combo, the HVAC, and the front door entry keypad. Also needs check in - check out instructions so that we travelers can help keep the property in great shape.
