Room was never cleaned despite making a housekeeping request the night before- as required. Staff were pleasant, room key had to be fixed 3x during stay. Amenities- everything was opened. Fern River Resort
We had a pleasant stay here. The staff was super kind and helpful. The resort is surrounded by greenery and redwoods, felt calm and peaceful to be here. The cabin was so comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again!
