The only issue is that our room was supposed to be with two beds. We arrived and there was a playpen in our room (weird) and it was a queen. We asked for two beds but they said they upgraded us to a room with a window so it was just one bed. They did eventually move the playpen. I wish we could have had no window and two beds. "The hotel was lovely and our room was excellent. We can't fault any of the staff as they were friendly and helpful.
The only thing we had an issue with was the catering for the evening meals. On the 2 nights we ate in the restaurant there were several meals and additional dishes that weren't available on both nights. "Excellent value for money with breakfast included.
The bed linen was fresh and clean and generally clean but slidiing door to ensuite was very hand marked, the window sill needed a good wipe and lower part of large mirror a better clean.
For the price and general overall experience of the stay these would just be areas I would focus on. "

"It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh). Everyone else seemed a bit surprised to have guests, and the women working at the bar weee positively rude in their demeanour.
