It was a bit confusing at first because I didn't know there were actually two listings in this one back-house - the entrance to this specific one is hidden in the back behind a door. The host was very responsive when I had questions, so I was grateful for that. Unfortunately, due to there being two listings in one building - the other group (half a dozen or so of all ladies) was SO LOUD all night and then again in the morning. The most Pleasant places to enjoy were the front porch swing and rocking chairs, living room with fireplace if it was cool outside, the kitchen and walking among the trees in the Apple orchard with views of the Wellsville Mountain range and Mendon peak. The property managers offered to help us set up the sauna to be warm in the evening and it was a relaxing experience enjoying one entire wall with a view to the evergreen trees, while feeling healthier...

Our kids absolutely loved the playground and variety of super hero dress up options. We were a little worried about our 5 year old autistic boy being too noisy, he just loved all the toys and games available and would scream with delight each chance he got to play. "We had a great stay. Everything was as described, no surprises. Check in process was easy and very well explained. We had no issues so; we had no contact with owners/company but they listed contact numbers everywhere so it would be easy to contact them. We prepared meals ever day and the place had everything that we needed to cook all our meals. Beds were great and comfortable. Neighborhood was quite and a great location close to everything.
