"It was good stay, especially for the price range. We had a toilet that would barely flush but we got by with it and hopefully they solved the issue after we left"

"I booked 1 king business room, when i got into my room the tv and phone are not working,so i got transferred to a different room which is for people that needs accessibility, the shower room was so tight that i literally bumped my elbows several times while showering. When i checked out i was charged for business room rate even though i got downgraded to a accessibility room. I just let it go and did not bother to dispute it. beddings were ok, i can hear and feel the spring when moving. was not able to try the free breakfast coz i leave very early in the morning during my stay. Overall the property itself is ok and needs some upgrade and renovation."

"This amazing historic hotel has a great staff, lovely pub attached, and is within walking distance of everything downtown AND the Missouri River walking trails. The art that is for sale throughout the hotel is stunning. The pub has frequent live music. We loved our long weekend stay!"

"Laundry was a bit inconvenient but not bad. I had to buy a pillow either they were too flat or too hard. But that was not an issue. Every was very nice and clean and really was a great place to stay."
